An assessment is a 60 minute individual session with Health, exercise and medical history review. Baseline strength and mobility screens, goals review and program design.
A summary is provided at completion within 24-48 hours.
A medical release is not required for an assessment but is required for ongoing sessions.
The cost of the assessment is $154.50
